Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Which data we process

  • Account and contact data: name, e-mail, company details provided at registration.
  • Usage data: technical log data (for example IP address, time, browser) for operation and security.
  • HR data of your employees: in the course of using the platform we process personnel data on behalf of the customer (processing on behalf of a controller). The customer remains the controller of this data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to provide and improve the service, to perform the contract, for communication and to comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are performance of the contract, your consent and our legitimate interests in the secure operation of the platform.

4. Hosting and storage location

The application and the databases are operated on servers in Europe. Personal HR data is stored in encrypted form (AES-256) and transmitted via TLS.

5. Use of AI

For AI-assisted functions HREasy uses language models from Anthropic (Claude). Only the content required for the respective request is processed. The data is not used to train the models.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is disclosed only to processors who support us in operating the service (for example hosting, e-mail delivery), and only to the extent required. Data is not sold.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or required by statutory retention obligations. Thereafter it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. Please contact info@hreasy.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

9. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies and local storage in order to provide login and basic functions.
