These Terms of Service govern the use of the software «HREasy» (hreasy.io). By registering for or using HREasy, you agree to them.
1. Provider

2. Services
HREasy is web-based software for the HR administration of companies, including employee data, time tracking, absences, expenses, payroll preparation and recruiting. Some functions are supported by artificial intelligence. The exact scope depends on the chosen plan.
3. Account and access
An account is required to use HREasy. You provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. As a customer, you decide which persons in your company may use HREasy and with which rights, and you are responsible for their use.
4. Customer obligations
You use HREasy only in accordance with applicable law, in particular employment and data protection law. You only enter data you are entitled to process. Interfering with the security or operation of the platform, automated scraping of content and any other misuse are prohibited.
5. Data and data protection
The data of your employees and applicants belongs to you. You remain the controller under data protection law; we process this data only on your behalf and according to your instructions (processing on behalf of a controller). Details are set out in the privacy policy.
6. AI-assisted functions
Suggestions, texts and analyses that HREasy creates with the help of artificial intelligence are drafts. You review them before use. They do not replace legal or HR advice.
7. Connections to third-party services (e.g. Facebook)
At your request, HREasy connects your company to third-party services, for example a Facebook Page via «Connect with Facebook». You log in to the third-party service yourself and choose which Pages HREasy may use. HREasy only publishes posts that you have approved and selected for publication, and only to the Pages you have chosen. You are responsible for the content of these posts. The terms of the respective third-party provider also apply. You can disconnect at any time with «Remove»; the stored access token is deleted.
8. Availability
We strive to operate the service with as few interruptions as possible. We only guarantee a specific availability if it is expressly agreed in the plan. Where possible, we carry out maintenance outside normal working hours.
9. Prices and payment
Prices and payment terms depend on the chosen plan. A trial account is free of charge and ends without notice of termination.
10. Term and termination
The term and notice periods depend on the chosen plan. After the contract ends, you can export your data within a reasonable period; it is then deleted unless a statutory retention obligation applies (see Delete account and data).
11. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, in particular for slight negligence, loss of profit, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control and disruptions at third-party providers.
12. Changes
We may amend these Terms of Service. We will inform you of material changes in advance by e-mail or in the application. If you continue to use HREasy afterwards, the amended terms apply.
13. Governing law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider, unless the law provides for a different mandatory place of jurisdiction.
